Private training is for someone who is looking for specialized individualized programs for postural correction, corrective exercise, pre, and post-rehab. While it is more costly than group training this may provide you with the best method of reaching your goals. This is also the setting for someone who is not comfortable in a group setting.

I am very overweight, can I still exercise?
ABSOLUTELY! At B-FIT, I work with women of ALL shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. We start where you are, and you do what you can. All movements are modified as well as seated movements. My job is to make you fall in love with just moving your body again.
I am an older senior and have some balance issues, can exercise help?
Balance is an issue for a lot of people and some exercises can certainly help. Besides specific exercises for balance an overall strength training program that includes core and flexibility exercises have been shown to improve overall balance.
This will be for anyone new to exercise. You will learn basic movement patterns, exercises associated with them, exercise modifications and proper form.
This will be a series of sessions held on the weekend. Individuals must sign up for all 4 sessions.
